The C.A.R. offices in Sacramento and Los Angeles will be closed Monday, Jan. 19, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Offices will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 8:30 a.m.

The Customer Care Center and the C.A.R. Legal Hotline also will be closed during this time. Calls made to the Customer Care Center and Legal Hotline will be returned after 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
