The C.A.R. offices in Sacramento and Los Angeles will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. Offices will reopen Monday, July 6, at 8:30 a.m.

The Customer Care Center and the C.A.R. Legal Hotline also will be closed during this time. Calls made to the Customer Care Center and Legal Hotline will be returned after 9 a.m. on Monday, July 6.
