WASHINGTON – To help advance housing, jobs and educational opportunities for justice-involved youth, HUD and the Department of Justice today announced $300,000 in grants to Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) and legal assistance organizations in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
